Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Delhi pick up to Rishikesh drop (245Km/ 6h)

Meet and greet with the representative at the Delhi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Rishikesh- the yoga capital of the World. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the Camp. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. In the afternoon it’s time to hit the major attraction of Rishikesh such as Ram Jhula and Lakshman Jhula which are suspension bridges made up of Iron build across river Ganga in Rishikesh. The evening time will be for sacred Ganga aarti at Triveni Ghat, where you can see floating lamps over the river Ganga. As Ganga aarti will be finished you will be driven back to the hotel. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only and this is how the first day of your journey ends.

Day 2 Rishikesh pick up to Chopta drop (175Km/ 5h 30m)

In the morning, after getting ready have your breakfast in the. Now you will be checking out from the hotel and then drive toward Chopta The Switzerland of India. you will also visit the famous tourist attraction like Devprayag which a point where two rivers that are Alakhnanda and Bhagirathi meet and forms River Ganga. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the camp. After checking in to the camp, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the camp only and this is how the first day of your journey ends.

Day 3 Chopta Sightseeing

On the third day of your tour, you need to get up early and have the delicious breakfast and then get ready for an adventure day. You will be visiting, Tungnath which is a temple dedicated to Lord Shiva and is located at an altitude of 3680 meters above the sea level. The way heading towards Tungnath is a bit challenging. Walkthrough the alpine meadows and reach Tungnath. After visiting the temple you need to trek for one more hour to reach Chandrashila. Chandrashila is located at an altitude of 4090 meters above the sea level and the panoramic view from here is captivating. After an exhausting day it’s time to take a halt and check in to the Camp and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, crash on your bead and wake up with a beautiful morning.

Day 4 Chopta to Rishikesh drop (175Km/ 5h 30m)

This is the last morning in Chopta. After getting have your breakfast in the camp itself. Now since it’s the last day so you will be checking out of the Camp. After that head towards Deoria Tal by trekking back. Drive towards Sari village for 10 km and from there 2.5 km of a trek to reach Deoria Tal which is located at an altitude of 2994 meters above sea level. You can do birdwatching and can also have 220 degrees panoramic view from there. Then you will be transferred to Rishikesh. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After that have your dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.

Day 5 Rishikesh to Delhi drop (245 km/ 6 hours)

This is the last morning in Rishikesh. After you have your breakfast in the hotel. Now you will be checking out of the hotel. Since Rishikesh is famous as Yoga capital so lastly, you will be visiting Parmanth Niketan Ashram. This is the biggest yoga center in Rishikesh and Geeta Kuteer. After this, you will be transferred back to Delhi with the sweet memories of your trip.

How to make a booking

Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Check-in/ Check-out times of Hotel / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.

The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.

Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :
- Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Balance Payment
- The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
- The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased price must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as the compensation of the unutilized services.
