How to make a booking

Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

1st Installment :

  • For making the first installment regarding the complete package tour you need to pay 40% of the total package amount as your booking amount.
  • For only hotel booking you need to pay 40% of the total booking amount of your accommodation cost in the first installment.
  • In the first installment for booking vehicle or transportation you need to make the 40% of total amount mentioned as your transportation cost.
  • For the helicopter booking you need to pay the 100% of total cost as your booking amount in the first installment itself.

2nd Installment :

  • For making the second installment of your complete tour package you need to pay the 35% of your total package amount in 30 days prior to your day of departure.
  • For your hotel booking you need to pay the 40% of total amount in 30 days prior to your day of departure.
  • For your vehicle or transportation booking in your second installment you need to pay 40% of your total package amount, 30 days before the day of departure.

3rd Installment :

  • For third and last installment you need to pay the remaining 25% from your total package amount in prior to 15 from your day of your departure.
  • For your third installment regarding the hotel booking you need to pay the 20% of your total package amount in prior to 15 days from your day of departure.
  • For making the third installment regarding your transportation booking you need to pay the 20% of your total package amount in prior to the 15 days from your day of departure.

Tour Itinerary

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.

The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.

Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

  • Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment

The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.

Itinerary

Meet and greet with the representative at the Chandigarh bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Manali, on the way to Manali you will be visiting places like Pandoh Dam that was constructed in 1977 on the Beas river in Mandi. You will also be visiting the Hanogi Mata temple located at a distance of 41km from Kullu. Later, you will also be visiting Sunder Nagar lake which is located in the Mandi district. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the Hotel. After having dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.

The next refreshing morning in Manali welcomes you. After getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now it's time to visit half day local sightseeing in Manali. You will be visiting Hadimba Devi Temple which is located in the lap of snow-clad hills dedicated to Hadimba Devi, wife of Bhima and the mother of Ghatothkach. It is a wooden temple. Then you will be visiting Vashisht Village and Temple which is located in the Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh, You will also be visiting Vashisht Hot Water Springs this hot spring is having the ability to cure skin diseases it is having various medicinal properties. Then you will visit Van Vihar, then you will be visiting Tibetan Monastery, this is the most visited place where handicrafts made by Tibetan people like carpet and handicrafts are also sold. Later in the evening, you are free to explore the Mall Road & IBEX Market of Manali from where you can buy gifts for your family and friends. After spending a busy day it's time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.

The next morning, after getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now you will be visiting Solang Valley. It is located near Rohtang Pass which is a high mountain pass that connects the Lahaul and Spiti to the Manali district. Here, you can enjoy so many activities on the snow like skiing, snow scooter ride, and horse riding at your own cost. After an excursion, it's time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.

After having breakfast you will be checking out from Manali hotel. On your route towards Sarchu, you will be going through Rohtang La pass. After having a lunch halt at Sissu you will be moving forward. You will also be witnessing Baralacha la which is having a beautiful scenic view. On arrival, your dinner and overnight stay will be in the hotel itself.

The next day after having breakfast at Sarchu, now you will be moving forward towards Leh. On your way, you will be passing through some fascinating high mountain passes with some magnificent beauty of the landscape. On arrival, you will be checking into the hotel. Your overnight stay and dinner will be at Leh itself.

The next day after having breakfast you will be moving forward to Lamayuru. While on the way you will be visiting Likir Monastery, Gurudwara Pathar Sahib, Magnetic hill. On arrival to Ule or Alchi, you will be checking into the camp/resort. After having lunch at Alchi now it's time to explore the fascinating moon landscapes and Lamayuru monastery. Your overnight stay and dinner will be in Ule.

The next morning after having breakfast and getting refreshed you will be transferred to Leh. on your way you will be visiting the Alchi monastery. By the afternoon time, you will be reaching Leh and having lunch. During the evening time, you will be scrolling through the nearby attraction and market. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Leh.

After having breakfast you will be transferred to Pangong lake. On the route, you will be visiting Thiksey and Shey monastery. Then you will be transferred to Pangong Lake through Changla pass, which is the third-highest motorable pass in the world. Pangong lake is shared by India and China and here you will be admiring the changing colors of its water. After that, you will return back to Leh and have your delicious dinner and overnight stay in the hotel itself.

The next morning after getting refreshed and having breakfast you will be transferred towards Nubra valley which is a 5 hours drive via Khardungla pass. By the afternoon time, you will be reaching Hundur where you will be taking a halt. After having lunch you are free to explore Hunder and Deskit village, you can also go to the camel safari located in sand dunes. After that, you will be transferred to the camp and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the camp.

The next morning after having breakfast now it's time to check out from the camp and then you will be transferred towards Leh. On your way towards Leh, you will be witnessing the magnificent statue of Maitreya Buddha. After visiting you will be reaching Leh. On arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed. After that have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.

The next day after having your breakfast, you will be going towards Jispa. On the way, you will be passing through 4 passes like Tanglang la, Lachulung la, Nakee la and Baralacha la pass. You will also be witnessing two beautiful lakes like Suraj Taal and Deepak Taal. After a tough ride, you will finally reach Jispa. Overnight stay will be at Jispa.

After having the morning breakfast now you will be moving forward to Manali. You will be covering a distance of 140 km. Firstly you will be crossing the Lahaul valley and then descending to Rohtang la pass. On arrival, you will be checking into the hotel. Your dinner and overnight stay will be in the hotel itself.

This is the last morning in Manali. After having your breakfast in the hotel itself. Now since it's the last day of your journey so you will be checking out of the hotel. After this, you will be transferred back to Chandigarh with the sweet memories of your trip.
