How to make a booking

Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

1st Installment :

  • For making the first installment regarding the complete package tour you need to pay 40% of the total package amount as your booking amount.
  • For only hotel booking you need to pay 40% of the total booking amount of your accommodation cost in the first installment.
  • In the first installment for booking vehicle or transportation you need to make the 40% of total amount mentioned as your transportation cost.
  • For the helicopter booking you need to pay the 100% of total cost as your booking amount in the first installment itself.

2nd Installment :

  • For making the second installment of your complete tour package you need to pay the 35% of your total package amount in 30 days prior to your day of departure.
  • For your hotel booking you need to pay the 40% of total amount in 30 days prior to your day of departure.
  • For your vehicle or transportation booking in your second installment you need to pay 40% of your total package amount, 30 days before the day of departure.

3rd Installment :

  • For third and last installment you need to pay the remaining 25% from your total package amount in prior to 15 from your day of your departure.
  • For your third installment regarding the hotel booking you need to pay the 20% of your total package amount in prior to 15 days from your day of departure.
  • For making the third installment regarding your transportation booking you need to pay the 20% of your total package amount in prior to the 15 days from your day of departure.

Tour Itinerary

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.

The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.

Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

  • Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment

The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.

Itinerary

Meet and greet with the representative at the Delhi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Agra. On arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed. After getting relaxed now it's time to visit some of the sightseeing in Agra. you will be visiting the Taj Mahal, Which was constructed on the bank of river Yamuna by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal and it almost took 22 years to complete the structure of this monument. You will also be visiting Mehtab Bagh which is a garden structure located in the Northern part of the Taj Mahal which gives a picture-perfect view of the Taj Mahal. After that, you will be visiting Agra Fort which was constructed in the year 1573 by Emperor Akbar on the bank of river Yamuna on the opposite side of the Taj Mahal. Agra Fort is constructed in red sandstone and is one of the UNESCO World Heritage site. Then you will visit Akbar's tomb that was constructed from 1605 to 1618. This is the same tomb where Akbar’s body is finally resting and is located on the boundary of Agra. After that, you will be visiting Chini ka Rauza which is dedicated to Allama Afzal Khan Mullah who was a Minister in the Shahjahan’s court. This Tomb is constructed in the Indo Persian style of architecture. Lastly, you will be visiting Itimad-ud-daulah’s Tomb, this Tomb was constructed by Noor Jahan in memory of his father who was a minister in Shah Jahan Court. After a hectic day it’s time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.

This is the last morning in Agra city. After getting have your breakfast in the hotel itself. Now you will be checking out of the hotel and drive toward Mathura. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the Hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. In the afternoon it's time to hit the major attraction of Mathura such as Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Temple, which is believed that this temple is constructed at the exact place where Lord Krishna exactly took birth in the prison cell. After that you will be visiting Dwarkadhish Temple, which was constructed in the year 1814, this temple is famous all around the world for its beautiful architecture and paintings. Then you will visit Kans Qila, which is located on the bank of the river Yamuna and once used to belong to the King Kans. After that, you will visit Govardhan hill, which is located at a distance of 22 km from Vrindavan. Then you will be transferred to Vishram Ghat, This ghat is famous for taking the holy dip and worshiping on the bank of Holly river Yamuna that is located in Mathura. Lastly, you will be visiting Kusum Sarovar which is located at a distance of 19km from the center of the Mathura city, which is located in between Radha Kund and Govardhan hills. This is the last morning in Mathura. After you have your breakfast in the hotel. Now you will be checking out of the hotel. After this, you will be transferred to Delhi. On arrival check into the hotel directly. After checking in, get refreshed and relaxed. Then get ready for some sightseeing of Delhi like India Gate which is a war memorial that is constructed astride the Rajpath and is having a height of 42 meters.
