After getting satisfied with all the details mentioned in the tour package you need to confirm your booking by transferring in the booking amount in the below mentioned manner to our company account:

1st Installment

• In your first installment or booking amount you need to make the payment of 40% of your complete package cost.
• If you are looking for an accommodation package only then also you need to pay 40% of your complete accommodation cost as the advance amount.
• If you are taking a package only regarding the transportation then you need to pay 40% of your total transportation cost as first installment or the booking amount.
• If you are taking any kind of flight or helicopter service from Travel Ride then you need to pay 100% of your flight or helicopter amount as the booking amount.

2nd Installment

• In your second installment regarding the tour package you need to pay the remaining 35% of your total package cost in 30 days advance from your date of travel.
• For the second installment of the only accommodation package you need to make the payment of 40% in 30 days advance from your date of departure.
• In your second installment regarding the transportation booking you need to make the payment of 40% of your total transportation package cost in 30 days advance from your date of travel.

3rd Installment

• For the third and last installment regarding the complete tour package you need to pay the remaining 25% of your total package cost, 15 days in advance from your date of travels.
• The third installment regarding the accommodation package, you need to pay the remaining 20% of your total accommodation cost 15 days prior to your date of travel.
• For your transportation package you need to pay the third installment of 20% from your total transportation amount in 15 days advance from your date of travel.

If there is any kind of change or modification done in itinerary or your travel package then you will be informed regarding that change through our email. The reasons for such changes are beyond our control like cancellation of flight or train, political unrest or any kind of natural calamities or weather change. Travel itinerary can be changed or kept as per the demand of our client. No refund amount will be transferred to our clients due to changes which are beyond our control.

Accommodation booking

We directly do your accommodation reservation in the mentioned hotel on your behalf. Sometimes the price of accommodation rises or fluctuates due to different reasons such as long weekend, festival season or sudden increase in demand so it is advisable to make the advance payment so that we can make your booking in advance. The token amount is paid to the hotel only to block rooms for you and it is not guaranteed to provide you all the rooms on the same floor or the rooms will be adjoining to each other. The pre-book room of your hotel can be changed at any time due to some technical failure in electricity, water, sewage or other such factors. The check-in and check-out time of different hotels may differ from each other due to different locality and region. For early check-in to the hotel or late check out from the hotel you will be charged extra as per the room availability. The extra bed cost on triple or quad occupancy may differ from hotel to hotel.

Transportation Booking

We will be blocking the dates of the vehicle for your trip from the advance amount all the booking amount paid by the client. The pre-booked vehicle can be changed on your date of travel due to any unavoidable circumstances like failure in the vehicle or non availability of the pre-booked vehicle. No refund amount would be provided if the air condition of the AC vehicle stops working due to any technical failure during your trip.

If you want to cancel any of your booking then you need to inform us regarding the cancellation by email. The cancellation charges will be applicable as per the number of days that are mentioned in detail below depending on different services. The cancellation for accommodations and air travel will be done as per the cancellation policy of hotels and airlines.

The cancellation amount will be calculated as mentioned below on package tour:

• If you are cancelling your trip 30 or more days advance from your date of travelling then you need to pay 25% of total package cost as cancellation amount.
• If you are cancelling your trip from the time span of 30 days to 15 days from your date of travelling then you need to pay the amount of 50% of total package cost as cancellation charge.
• If you are cancelling your trip in between 15 to 7 days from your date of travelling then you need to pay 75% of your total package cost as the cancellation amount.
• If you are cancelling your trip in less than 7 days from the date of travelling then the 100% of total package cost will be charged as the cancellation amount.
• No refund amount will be provided to the guest in case of any unutilized service which they fail to avail or use due to different circumstances.

You need to clear all your balance payment in 15 days advance from the date of your travel. The company has the right to change the offered price of the tour package due to change in various factors like currency fluctuations, festive season, rise in fuel prices, increase in government taxes, increased visa amount, fluctuation in flight prices etc. You need to pay the complete amount including the fluctuated price before your date of departure.
