Itinerary changes may involve additional charges.

Final vouchers will be issued after payment and booking confirmation.

15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge.

7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.

Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charge.

No-show or early departure: No refund for unused services.

Unforeseen circumstances: Subject to applicable supplier policies and legal requirements.

Refunds: Eligible refunds processed within 7–15 working days after approval, subject to supplier processing.
