Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary
The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.
Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.
Vehicle Bookings
Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.
Amendments or changes after booking
If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.
Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

Balance Payment
The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services
There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.
Meet and greet with the representative at the Delhi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Jim Corbett. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the resort. After checking in to the Resort, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. The rest of the day is as a leisure day where you can visit the Garjiya Devi temple which exhibits the belives of local tribespeople, located nearby to the Resort inside the jungle. Then drive back to the Resort where delicious dinner awaits for you. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the Resort only and this is how the first day of your journey ends.
This is the last morning in Jim Corbett so get up early and enjoy your dawn deep into the forest and spot Bengal tigers in their natural environment through jeep safari. Capture the memories of this adventure trip in photos. You will be able to see 400 different species of flora and about 550 different species of fauna. After the safari, have your delicious breakfast in the Resort itself, you will be checking out of the Resort. After this, you will be transferred toward Nainital- the city of Lake. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. Then you will visit some attractions like the Hanuman Garhi temple which is dedicated to Lord Hanuman and is located 3 km away from Nainital. This temple offers the best sunrise and sunset view. Then you will visit Naina Devi temple which is dedicated to Goddess Sati and it is said that the eyes of Goddess Sati fell on this point when Lord Shiva was carrying the corpse of Sati. After that, you will visit Raj Bhawan which was the summer residence for Britishers. It is a two-story building having 113 rooms. Lastly, you will visit the Cave Garden of Nainital which is a rocky cave now developed into a garden, Nainital tourism ministry handles the maintenance of this cave. In the evening time, back to the hotel where the delicious dinner awaits for you. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.
The next refreshing morning in Nainital welcomes you. After getting have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now it’s time to visit local sightseeing in Nainital. You will be visiting places like Naini Lake which is the main attraction of Nainital and is surrounded by seven hills on its sides. Then you will be visiting Snow View Point which givest best panoramic view of Himalayas and is located at an altitude of 2270 meters above the sea level. Later you will be visiting all the lakes of Nainital like Bhimtal which is named after mythological Character of Mahabharat that is Bhim and is located at an altitude of 1370 meters above the sea level. Sattal or it can also be said as seven lakes located in the foothills of Himalaya, Sariyatal it is the smallest lake located on Kaladungi road of Nainital. Khurpatal Lake, located at a distance of 10 km from Nainital and provides fresh drinking water. Naukuchia Taal which is also known as the lake of nine corners is located at an elevation of 1220 meters above the sea level. You can also enjoy Aerial Ropeway to have the best view of Nainital. Lastly, you can end your day by shopping at Mall Road. After an exhausting day it’s time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. Then you will be visiting Haidakhan Babaji Temple this temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and was constructed by Shri Haidakhan Maharaj who was considered to be the avatar of Lord Shiva. You will also be visiting the Himalaya View Point is a place from where you can have a stupendous view of Himalayan mountains. After that you will be visiting Ashiyana Park is the first theme park in the Kumaon region that was made for children, it is also known as “Devdar Udhyan”. Then you will be visiting Bhalu Dam which is 11 km away from Ranikhet, it is one of the small artificial lakes in Uttrakhand.
