Mizoram is a state in North-Eastern India. The capital of the state Mizoram is Aizawl. Mizoram means Land of hill people. This state is known for its pristine hills and caves. It is also famed for its two lakes- Palak Dil and Tam Dil. Palak Dil is one of the largest natural lakes situated in proximity to a village- Phura.

Some of them are -  ChapcharKut festival- celebrated to welcome the spring season, MimKut Festival – it is one of the harvest festivals of Mizoram, Pawl Kut Festival- held in December for two days and is the major festival of the state.
