1. Bara Imambara

Bara Imambara is one of the major attractions of Lucknow city which is known all around the world for its incredible meze which is also known as Bhulbhulaiya by the local people. The meze is located on the upper floor of this building. There are around 1024 doors to enter this meze but it is having only two doors for the exit. This Imambara is also named as Asfi Imambara which was named after the Nawab of Lucknow who actually constructed this building. This place is also visited by many Muslim devotees on the occasion of Muharram. This Imambara is construed in Mughal Architecture.

2. Chota Imambara

Chota Imambara is also known as the Imambara of Husseinabad. This beautiful building is located on the western side of Bara Imambara in Lucknow city Uttar Pradesh. Chota Imambara was construed in 1838 by Mohammed Ali Shah who was the third Nawab of Awadh. This place is considered as the mausoleum of Mohammed Ali Shah and his mother that are worried beside this monument. This monument was also known as The Palace of Lights by European visitors during the 19th century. This architecture is construed in Indo-Islamic and Persian architecture.
