Tour Itinerary
The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.
Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.
Vehicle Bookings
Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.
Amendments or changes after booking
If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.
Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

Balance Payment
The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services
There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.
Meet and greet with the representative at the Udaipur bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Udaipur. On arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After getting relax now, it's time to explore some of the nearby sightseeings of Udaipur. You will be taken to Fateh Sagar lake images having three Islands and spread in the area of 1 square kilometer. After that, you will be taken to Saheliyonki Bari which is also known as the Courtyard of maidens. This is the best place where you can have some time in peace and was constructed by Maharana Sangram Singh. Then you will be taken to DudhTalai musical Garden where you can admire the beauty of a setting sun along with beautiful fountains and the garden view. After this, you will be taken back to the hotel. After reaching the hotel, you will have your dinner and your overnight stay will also be in the hotel itself.
The next day after having your breakfast and Hotel itself, you will leave for exploring the sightseeing of Udaipur. On the second day of your tour in Udaipur, you will be exploring some of the major attractions of Udaipur. The sightseeing of Udaipur city will start from the City Palace, which is located on the bank of Lake Pichola and was constructed in the year 1559 by Maharana Udai Singh. You might have seen this palace in some of the movies like “Octopussy,” “Guide,” and many more. Badal Mahal, which is also located in the City Palace, is one of the prominent places that are to be visited in Udaipur. After this, you will be taken to Jagdish Temple, which is located close to City Palace and is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Here you can admire some of the beautiful carvings that are made on the walls of the Temple. Then you will be taken to Bagore Ki Haveli that was constructed during the 18th century and is having more than a hundred rooms, and great mirror work is displayed on the windows of this Haveli. After that, you will be visiting Taj Lake Palace, which is constructed over the Admiral water of Lake Pichola. It is a five-star hotel that was constructed in 1754. This is the last morning in Udaipur city. After getting have your breakfast in the hotel itself. You will be transferred to the Jodhpur. On arrival, you will directly check into the hotel, After that get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After getting relax now it's time to explore some sightseeings Jodhpur, such as Rai Ka Bagh Palace that was constructed by the queen of Maharaja Jaswant Singh in the year 1663. After that, you will be visiting Mandleshwar Mahadev temple which was constructed during 923 AD and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. After that, you will be visiting Masuriya Hill Garden from where you can have the magnificent 360-degree view of Jodhpur. Then you will be visiting Kaylana lake which is a man-made Lake and is located at a distance of 8 kilometers from Jodhpur. It was constructed in 1872 by Pratap Singh. After exploring some magnificent sightseeing of Jodhpur you will be transferred back to the hotel. Your dinner and overnight stay will be at Hotel itself.
The next day after having your breakfast and Hotel itself, you will leave for exploring the sightseeing of Jodhpur. On the second day of your tour in Jodhpur, you will be exploring some of the major attractions of Jodhpur. Firstly you will be taken toMehrangarh Fort that was constructed in the year 1459 by Rao Jodha. You might have seen this fort in many of Bollywood as well as of Hollywood movies. You will also be visiting the Phool Mahal which is located in Mehrangarh Fort and was constructed by Maharaja Abhay Singh during the 18th century. You will also be visiting the Jain temple that is located inside this Jaisalmer Fort that is having the Dilwara style of architecture. After that, you will be visiting Patwon Ki Haveli which is a five-story building and hey you can witness the amazing mirror artwork. You will also be visiting the Jaisalmer Government museum that is displaying some of the rich cultural heritage of Jaisalmer. In the evening time, you will be taken to the Gadisar lake which was constructed during the 14th-century by MaharawalGadsi Singh.
