• Airfare, train tickets, and other transportation not specifically mentioned in the inclusions.
• Lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages unless explicitly included in the package.
• Entry tickets to monuments, museums, national parks, and sightseeing attractions.
• Adventure activities, boat rides, safaris, cable cars, and optional excursions.
• Personal expenses such as laundry, telephone calls, shopping, room service, and tips.
• Travel insurance, medical expenses, visa fees, and personal documentation charges.
• Additional expenses arising from natural disasters, road closures, weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Any services, activities, or facilities not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.

25% advance payment is required to initiate the booking.

An additional 25% payment is due 15 days before departure.

The remaining 50% must be paid 7 days before departure.

Bookings within 7 days require 100% advance payment.

All bookings are subject to service availability.

Payments must be made through Travel Ride's official payment channels.

Itinerary changes may involve additional charges.

Final vouchers will be issued after payment and booking confirmation.

30+ days before departure: 10% cancellation charge.

15–29 days before departure: 25% cancellation charge.

7–14 days before departure: 50% cancellation charge.

Less than 7 days: 100% cancellation charge.

No-show or early departure: No refund for unused services.

Non-refundable bookings: Additional supplier charges may apply if disclosed.

Unforeseen circumstances: Subject to applicable supplier policies and legal requirements.

Refunds: Eligible refunds processed within 7–15 working days after approval, subject to supplier processing.
