How to make a booking

Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

1st Installment :

  • For making the first installment regarding the complete package tour you need to pay 40% of the total package amount as your booking amount.
  • For only hotel booking you need to pay 40% of the total booking amount of your accommodation cost in the first installment.
  • In the first installment for booking vehicle or transportation you need to make the 40% of total amount mentioned as your transportation cost.
  • For the helicopter booking you need to pay the 100% of total cost as your booking amount in the first installment itself.

2nd Installment :

  • For making the second installment of your complete tour package you need to pay the 35% of your total package amount in 30 days prior to your day of departure.
  • For your hotel booking you need to pay the 40% of total amount in 30 days prior to your day of departure.
  • For your vehicle or transportation booking in your second installment you need to pay 40% of your total package amount, 30 days before the day of departure.

3rd Installment :

  • For third and last installment you need to pay the remaining 25% from your total package amount in prior to 15 from your day of your departure.
  • For your third installment regarding the hotel booking you need to pay the 20% of your total package amount in prior to 15 days from your day of departure.
  • For making the third installment regarding your transportation booking you need to pay the 20% of your total package amount in prior to the 15 days from your day of departure.

Tour Itinerary

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.

The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.

Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

  • Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment

The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.

Itinerary

Meet and greet at Manali and after this, you will be transferred to Sarahan via Bhuntar and Kullu, where you can enjoy river rafting at your own cost. On arrival, you will be visiting places like Bhimkali Temple which is a famous temple known for its architecture and is an 800-year-old temple dedicated to Bhimakali Goddess. After that, you will be transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After getting your body relaxed, have a delicious dinner awaits. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.

The next refreshing morning, after getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself and then checkout. Now it's time to start your epic journey on the Himalayan roads towards Sangla. The stretch of 95 km from Sangla valley is a sight to behold, here you can see the cultivation of pears, walnuts, apples, apricots, and potatoes. Further, drive towards Chitkul, which is the last village before the Indo-China border, and is having the best scenic view. In Chitkul you will be visiting Mathi Temple dedicated to Goddess Mathi and can have a leisurely walk around the bank of Bapsa river. After spending a busy day it's time to drive towards Kalpa, towards the hotel, and have a heartful delicious dinner in the hotel. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.

The next morning, after getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now you will be transferred to Tabo. while on the way to Tabo from Kalpa you can visit Gue Monastery which is located in an isolated village where you will find a 500 years old mummy of a Buddhist monk. This is India’s oldest mummy which is kept in the glass cabin in a room that is located on the outskirts of the village. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel/camp. After checking in to the hotel/camp, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After that have a delicious dinner. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel/camp only.

Get up in the morning and have your delicious breakfast in the hotel. After having breakfast you will check out of the hotel and drive toward Dhankar village via NH22, this road is also known as “The most treacherous road of the world”. Visit some 100 years old monastery in Dhankar and after that proceed towards Pin Valley National Park. Firstly, we will be visiting the Kungri monastery and more such place and then will proceed towards and then Pine Valley. This valley is located at an altitude of 11000 to 20000 feet above sea level and is a home for 12 endangered snow leopards. After having the sight of all the flora and fauna, we will proceed towards Kaza that is also known as the commercial capital of Spiti valley. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel/camp. After checking in to the hotel/camp, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After that have a delicious dinner. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel/camp only.

The next morning, after getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now you will be driving towards Komik which means “Eye of a snowcock” and is located at an elevation of 4513 meters above sea level. This village is located in an isolated place and has a population of just 84 peoples. Some common animals that can be found here are Himalayan griffin, Tibetan wolf, Blue sheep, Snowcock, Rock pigeon, and many more. Then, drive towards Hikkim where you will be visiting the world’s highest post office. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After that have a delicious dinner. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.

In the morning have your breakfast and then check out from the hotel. After that, drive toward the Key monastery. This monastery is located at an altitude of 13668 feet above sea level. It was founded in the 11th century CE by a disciple of Atisha. This monastery belongs to Tibetan Buddhism. Later, you will be driven towards Kibber village. Kibber village is located at an elevation of 4205 meters above sea level and at a distance of 18 km from Kaza. it is the base camp for the treks adjoining to mountains of higher altitude. Later, we will move towards Gitte village and there we will tie a prayer flag. After a busy day, it's time to walk up to the homestay and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay.

This is the last morning in Kibber. After getting your breakfast in the homestay itself. After this, you will be transferred to Chandratal lake. On the way, we will pass through Kunzum la pass where we will take a halt and pay homage to Kunzum Goddess. This pass is located at an altitude of 4300 meters above sea level which connects Spiti valley to Lahaul and Kullu. Chandratal Lake is a blue colored lake that is located at an altitude of 4300 meters above sea level and the beauty of this place gets enhanced on the Full moon night. The lake is named so due to its crescent shape just like a moon. After that, you need to cover the distance of 2 km to reach the camp where you will be having a heart full dinner and overnight stay.

This is the last morning in Chandratal lake. After getting your breakfast in the camp itself. Now after checking out of the camp, you will be transferred towards Manali. From there we will be driving on Kaza-Manali highway and then will take a halt at Chatru for having our lunch. After that, we will be transferred to Rohtang Pass, and after visiting this beautiful pass you will be transferred to Manali. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After getting your body relaxed, have a delicious dinner awaits. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.

This is the last morning in Manali. After getting your breakfast in the hotel itself. Now since it's the last day of your journey so you will be checking out of the hotel. After this, you will be transferred back to your respective destination with the sweet memories of your trip.
