How to make a booking

Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

1st Installment :

  • For making the first installment regarding the complete package tour you need to pay 40% of the total package amount as your booking amount.
  • For only hotel booking you need to pay 40% of the total booking amount of your accommodation cost in the first installment.
  • In the first installment for booking vehicle or transportation you need to make the 40% of total amount mentioned as your transportation cost.
  • For the helicopter booking you need to pay the 100% of total cost as your booking amount in the first installment itself.

2nd Installment :

  • For making the second installment of your complete tour package you need to pay the 35% of your total package amount in 30 days prior to your day of departure.
  • For your hotel booking you need to pay the 40% of total amount in 30 days prior to your day of departure.
  • For your vehicle or transportation booking in your second installment you need to pay 40% of your total package amount, 30 days before the day of departure.

3rd Installment :

  • For third and last installment you need to pay the remaining 25% from your total package amount in prior to 15 from your day of your departure.
  • For your third installment regarding the hotel booking you need to pay the 20% of your total package amount in prior to 15 days from your day of departure.
  • For making the third installment regarding your transportation booking you need to pay the 20% of your total package amount in prior to the 15 days from your day of departure.

Tour Itinerary

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.

The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.

Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

  • Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

Balance Payment

The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.

Itinerary

Meet and greet with the representative at the New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) / Bagdogra Airport (IXB) / Tenzing Norgay Bus Stand. Drive toward Gangtok, the capital of Sikkim, on arrival you will check into the hotel. After relaxing now in the evening, you are free to roam around M G Road (Mall) or local Shopping center. After that, you will be transferred back to the hotel. Your dinner and overnight stay will be in the hotel itself.

The next day after having breakfast you will be going on an excursion. You will be driving towards Tsomgo Lake & Baba Mandir which is around 40 km and a 2 hours long drive along with Kyongnosla Alpine Sanctuary. You can either opt for exploring Nathu La Pass (price not included). After this excursion, you will be transferred back to Gangtok. Your dinner and overnight stay will be in the hotel itself.

After having a delightful breakfast you will be checking out of the hotel. Then you will be transferred to Lachen. On your way, you will be visiting the Seven Sister Waterfalls. You will take a halt and enjoy lunch at some local restaurant. On arrival, you will be checking into the hotel. Your dinner and overnight stay at the hotel in Lachen.

After having breakfast you will be checking out from the hotel and then will be driving towards Gurudongmar Lake. Gurudongmar Lake is one of the highest lakes situated at an altitude of 17,000ft. You need to take some special precautions as this area may cause breathing problems. Later you will be transferred to Lachung. Your dinner and overnight stay at Lachung.

After having breakfast in the morning, you will visit Yumthang Valley that is also known as the Valley of Flowers. While returning back from this excursion, you will be visiting the hot spring which is having various medicinal properties. Then you will be returning back to the hotel & then you will leave for Gangtok. On arrival you will be checking into the hotel, your dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel in Gangtok.

After having your breakfast you will check out from the hotel and will be transferred towards Pelling. On your route, you will drive through majestic mountains, beautiful surroundings, and tea gardens. Also, you will be visiting Namchi, which means ‘top of the sky. Then you will visit the Namchi Char Dham. Later you will drive to Samdruptse Hill where you can witness the world's largest statue of the Buddhist Padmasambhava. After exploring you will continue your journey to Pelling. On arrival, you will check into the hotel. You can spend the evening at leisure. After that your dinner and overnight stay will be at the hotel.

After having breakfast at the hotel, you will go for Full Day Sightseeing of Pelling. You will be visiting Rimbi water Falls, Khecheopalri Lake, Rimbi Rock Garden, Kanchenjunga waterfalls Khecheopalri and Pemayangtse Monastery and Rabdantse ruins. After exploring the sightseeing you will be transferred back to the hotel. In the evening you are free to roam around the Shopping center. Your dinner and Overnight stay will be at Pelling.

After having breakfast, you will Check out and drive towards New Jalpaiguri railway station (Siliguri) or Bagdogra Airport (Siliguri) with the sweet memory of your trip and this is the end of the tour.

Frequently Asked Questions

The best time to visit Sikkim is from March to June and September to December. During spring and summer (March–June), the valleys are filled with blooming rhododendrons, orchids, and lush greenery. A trip of 7 to 10 days is usually enough to cover the main attractions of Sikkim. A short 4–5 day trip can cover Gangtok, Tsomgo Lake, and Nathula Pass, but if you want to experience North Sikkim (Lachen, Lachung, Gurudongmar Lake, Yumthang Valley) and also visit Pelling or Namchi in South Sikkim, then a minimum of 8–10 days is recommended.
