How to make a booking
Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary
The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.
Hotel Bookings
Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.
Check-in/ Check-out times of hotels / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.
Vehicle Bookings
Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.
The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.
Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.
Amendments or changes after booking
If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.
Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.
Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

Balance Payment
The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased prices must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services
There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as compensation of the unutilized services.
Meet and greet with the representative at the Delhi bus stand/ Railway station/ Airport. Drive toward Shimla. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. The evening is free to stroll in the famous shopping place of Shimla town “THE MALL & THE RIDGE”. After getting back to the hotel, a delicious dinner awaits you. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only and this is how the first day of your journey ends.
The next morning, after getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now you will be visiting Kufri, it is a hill station located near Shimla. In Kufri, one can enjoy a walk through woods to Mahasu Point for an amazing view of fascinating Himalayan ranges. You can also enjoy horse riding at your own cost. After this excursion, you can explore the local sightseeing of Shimla. You will be visiting The neo-gothic architecture structure of Christ Church, it is one of the oldest churches in the Northern part of India and then you will also visit the neo - Tudor architecture structure library building. This library has a set of 7000 books that are rare to find. After a busy day, it's time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.
This is the last morning in Shimla. After getting your breakfast in the hotel itself. After that, you will be checking out of the hotel and will be transferred to Kasauli. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the Hotel. After relaxing you will be going out for sightseeing. You will be visiting places like Monkey hill which is the highest hill and from here you can get the best view of the plains of Chandigarh. After that, you will be visiting the Sanawar house. Then you will visit Christ Church which is having the holly British Church. Lastly, you will visit the Kasauli club that was established by Civilian personnel and Army in 1880. After a busy day, it's time to return back to the hotel and have a heartful delicious dinner. After dinner, have a comfortable overnight stay in the hotel.
This is the last morning in Kasauli. After getting your breakfast in the hotel itself, after that you will be checking out of the hotel. After this, you will be transferred toward Manali. On arrival, you will be directly transferred to the hotel. After checking in to the hotel, get refreshed and relaxed from the long journey. After getting your body relaxed, have a delicious dinner awaits. After having dinner, your overnight stay will be in the hotel only.
The next refreshing morning in Manali welcomes you. After getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now it's time to visit half day local sightseeing in Manali. You will be visiting Hadimba Devi Temple which is located in the lap of snow-clad hills dedicated to Hadimba Devi, wife of Bhima and the mother of Ghatothkach. It is a wooden temple. Then you will be visiting Vashisht Village and Temple which is located in the Kullu District of Himachal Pradesh, You will also be visiting Vashisht Hot Water Springs this hot spring is having the ability to cure skin diseases it is having various medicinal properties. Then you will visit Van Vihar, It is a national park located near mall road and is run by the municipal corporation of the city. Then you will be visiting Tibetan Monastery, this is the most visited place where handicrafts made by Tibetan people like carpet and handicrafts are also sold. This is the last morning in Manali. After getting your breakfast in the hotel itself, then you will be checking out of the hotel. After this, you will be transferred toward Mandi. The next morning, after getting ready, have your hearty breakfast in the hotel itself. Now you will be trekking for 5 km towards Malana, here you can visit several sacred temples and waterfalls. Also, you can interact with some local people and get to learn about their culture and lifestyle. After visiting, return back to the hotel/camp and have some leisure time there. After that, discover the nearby market area and visit the holy Manikaran Gurudwara. Here you can enjoy the filling Langar and also take a dip in the holy water of Sarovar.
