Tehri is a new developing adventure hub located in Tehri Garhwal of Uttarakhand. Tehri is having the only camp which is situated on the lakeside. When you will arrive at the Koti settlement a boatman will be good to go to get you in the boat. Your 4 km long pontoon ride will be an entrancing one as you will go through a much charming scene that will upgrade your fervor. On arriving at another bank you will get the to travel across a lavish green territory for 300 meters and within 15 minutes you will at your campground.

The perspective on the grand lake and the all-encompassing perspective on the zone are past your creative mind. During the evening, the site turns out to be more superb under the shimmering stars. The camp is having a major eating territory with a seating of 30 individuals in one go. This is a sort of a fantasy place where everybody couldn't imagine anything better than to unwind and revive your friends and family.

About the activity

You can have an all-encompassing perspective in general and a delicately streaming waterway on the of the camp. The campground is encircled by the green trees which give you genuine outdoor experience. You can likewise enjoy some water sports at your own cost like a Banana ride, High-speed pontoon, water skiing, luxury boat and fly fishing, and so on. Likewise, you will visit the Tehri dam which is probably the most noteworthy dam in India. You will remain in a camp where you will appreciate snacks with certain tunes and ablaze. To arrive at the campground you will likewise be doing boating which will be on the behalf of the camp.

Stay

The stay will be the camp only, there are 5 normal camps with a triple bed, 4 Bamboo cottages on quad sharing, and 9 Dome tent on double sharing. There is a total of 18 camps with a total capacity of 50 peoples at a time.

Meals

You will get all vegetarian and non- vegetarian (pre-designed buffet meals) food in Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner (On AP basis) with morning and evening coffee/tea and along with that snacks(french fries, peanut masala, bhajiya, Fried Papad) and cookies that are included in the price of the package.

Location of the Camp

The camp is located in the area called Gadoli in Tehri. You get into the boat in the Koti colony to reach the campsite by covering the distance of 4 km. After that, you need to trek for 300 meters upside to reach the camp.

Advisory

As there are no locker facilities for the guests so you are advised not to carry drugs/weapons/firearms/Jewellery and other kinds of Valuables.
Bonfire is common for each guest.
The location of the camp is on the Gadoli in Tehri.
Outdoor activities are subject to weather conditions.
Any kind of insurance is not part of the package.
Consumption of alcohol and drugs are not allowed in the campsite.
Keep the camera, the cellphone is a safer place while enjoying the water sports as no guarantee will be taken by camp persons.

Tour Itinerary

Day 1 Arrival and check-in

• 5:00 pm- you will arrive in the camp and check-in to the campsite and then you will be offered the welcome drink. • 6:00 pm- after check-in relax for some time. • 7:00 pm- enjoy some delicious snacks on which you can munch on with refreshing tea and light music and bonfire. • 9:00 pm- you tasty and finger liking dinner will be served. After that, you can rest overnight in your cozy camps.

Day 2 Enjoying the water sports and checkout

• Early in the morning enjoy the magical sunrise with the peasant and calming chirping or birds and peacock. • 8:00 am- get refreshed and have your most important meal of the day. • After enjoying your thrilling water sports adventure (at your own cost), return back to your camp. • After enjoying these activities visit the most famous dam that is the Tehri dam which is the highest dam in India, constructed on the Bhagirathi river in Uttarakhand. • 6:00 pm- return back to the campsite and then check-out from the Camp and move ahead towards your home with some sweet memories of this tour.

How to make a booking

Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

Tour Itinerary

The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

Check-in/ Check-out times of Hotel / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

Vehicle Bookings

Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.

The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.

Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

Amendments or changes after booking

If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

Cancellation Policy
Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :
- Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
- Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.
Balance Payment
- The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
- The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased price must be paid before your departure (Full and final).
No refund for unutilized services

There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as the compensation of the unutilized services.
