Overview

The morning view of the sun kissing snow-clad mountains is worth watching. This place is rich in flora and fauna also has many pines, deodars, and conifer trees. The famous destinations are Tungnath and Chandrashila among which Tungnath is one of the five holy temples in the panch Kedars where the arms of lord shiva are worshipped. You can appreciate the wonderful sight of grand mountains from the campground. Each camp is gotten together with a clean washroom area. The perspective on snow from the campsite upgrades its greatness and the sunrise time in the initial segment of the day with the sweet quavering of the birds makes this spot splendid. The camp is having a gigantic eating territory with a seating front of 30 individuals in a steady progression. Your outdoor involvement with Chopta will be a vital one for a lifetime.

About the activity

You can have the sight of the mountain all-around from the camp. The campground is situated on a top point and throughout the winter season, its view gets beautify because of snowfall. At night you can appreciate the cool wind streaming in the campground. You can appreciate the trekking experience towards Tungnath and Chandrashila. In spite of the fact that Chandrashila is situated at a high point the way of traveling is to some degree simple that can undoubtedly be secured by a learner traveler. There is a green garden where you will have a sentiment of being in the lap of nature. There is additionally a play area where one can appreciate the open-air games or just smoothly respect the compelling force of nature.

Stay

The stay will be the tent with attached washrooms which are having quad sharing and triple sharing rooms having four double beds and four triple beds respectively. There is a total of 08 camps with a total capacity of 44 peoples at a time.

Meals

You will get all vegetarian (pre-designed buffet meals) food in Breakfast and  Dinner (On MAP basis) with morning and evening coffee/tea and along with that snacks(french fries, peanut masala, bhajiya, Fried Papad)  and cookies that are included in the price of the package.

Location of the Camp

The camp is located in the area called Dugalghitha in Chopta. You can drive directly by yourself or can take a cab to this place.

  • How to make a booking

    Please provide us your inquiries through email mentioned on the website. As soon as we receive your query, will update your tour Itinerary and other package details by replying to the same mail. Once, the guest is satisfied and gives us the confirmation of the tour we request you to transfer the booking amount mentioned in the below format in any of our bank accounts.

    Tour Itinerary

    The right to change amend or modify the itinerary of the tour at any time. We will notify you with such changes in prior over the phone or through the mail or the best communication method available at that point of time. Those changes may occur due to situations beyond our control like weather problems, cancellations of trains, flights, and political unrest, etc. We will try our best to keep the tour unchanged. However, any compensation or any refund due to such changes will not be paid by us.

    Hotel Bookings

    Hotel bookings are made by us on behalf of our customers. We are having a tie-up with many hotels. Although all rates are updated on our website, still there are chances that the rates of Hotels may go up/down. Sometimes rates of the hotel are hiked during long weekends and during festive seasons. It is better that you confirm the rates before making an online payment over the mail. The quality of the room, amenities or meals which are displayed in photos on hotel websites may vary. Booking of the rooms on the same floor/adjacent rooms/ non-smoking rooms in any hotel is not guaranteed. The right to change the pre-booked hotel or the category of rooms is reserved, anytime during the tour due to overbooking of a hotel, blocking of the sewage, electricity/water failure, etc.

    Check-in/ Check-out times of Hotel / Resorts may vary from city to city. please check these timings before making the booking. Early check-in and late checkout will be charged extra and are subject to the availability of the rooms. Policies for accommodating children and for extra beds may vary from hotel to hotel.

    Vehicle Bookings

    Vehicles are booked on behalf of our customers. We aim to provide the best available vehicle with the best services to our clients. The costs of diesel/petrol prices, interstate taxes, vehicle maintenance cost, toll & taxes, etc are beyond our control. Rates displayed on our website are eligible for change at any time without any prior notice.

    The pre-booked vehicle can be changed to a similar category of vehicle in case of non-availability of the pre-booked vehicle.

    Air-conditioned, as well as non-air-conditioned vehicles are booked as per request. If the air conditioner stops working due to technical fault at any time during the tour will not be our responsibility. No refund or change in the vehicle will be made in between the trip unless the vehicle is not in the condition to go further.

    Amendments or changes after booking

    If you wish to do amendments or change the prior booking, you have to inform us in writing on mail.

    Amendment or changes in any booking will be treated as a new booking and will be subject to availability at that time and the additional cost will be charged. The additional cost will be borne by you. There will be an amendment charge of Rs.1000/- applicable.

  • Cancellation Policy

  • Cancelation of the booking will be informed to us in writing on mail. The cancellation charges will be applicable depending upon the services. Cancellation of the hotels and airlines will be done according to their own cancellation policies.

    The cancellation for a package tour, be applicable as follows :

    • Cancellation before clear 30 working days or more prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 25% of the total tour cost will be charged.
    • Cancellation before clear 29 to 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
    • Cancellation before less than 15 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the Tour: 100% of the total tour cost will be charged.

    Balance Payment

    • The complete balance payment has to be made before the starting date of the trip. However, the company can ask you anytime to clear the balance payment before 30 days from the date of departure.
    • The right is reserved to amend/change the prices offered for the tour and to adjust our charges due to various factors like currency fluctuations, special/high season charge levied by the suppliers, fuel price rise, travel arrangements, hike in any government taxes or visa amounts or for any other reason before the date of departure. All such increased price must be paid before your departure (Full and final).

    No refund for unutilized services

    There will be no refund or compensation provided for services that are not used. If you fail to avail/use any services due to any reason the company will not provide any kind of refund or any other services as the compensation of the unutilized services.
